The cold pack can be used cold to reduce fever, swelling and bruising and to alleviate pain in soft tissue injuries. Suitable for alleviating rheumatic pain, toothache and headache, as well as treating sports injuries and other acute tissue damage. Keep the product frozen or refrigerated, so that it is ready to use when needed.
The hot pack can be used heated for pain that does not involve inflammation. This includes, for example, muscle, back and menstrual pain and other chronic ailments. The pack can be heated in hot water or a microwave oven. Size: 28 cm long, 13 cm wide, 1 cm thick. Weight 300 g.
